Terms & Conditions

• "Service" means the DagangkuAI web application, together with all of its features and accompanying APIs.
• "User" means a person or entity that creates an account and uses the Service.
• "User Content" means all data that a User inputs or generates within the Service, including transactions, conversations, and business profiles.
• "We" / "Us" means PT Dewata Artificial Intelligence (Perseroan Perorangan), the Indonesian individual company that operates DagangkuAI.

By registering, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as well as our Privacy Policy.

• You must be at least 18 years old or have obtained permission from a legal guardian to use the Service.
• The information you provide upon registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may use the Service for legitimate business recording and analysis needs. You are prohibited from:

• Using the Service for illegal activities or activities that violate Indonesian law.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or access the system without authorization.
• Using the AI to generate misleading or defamatory content, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Reselling, renting out, or granting access to your account to others.
• Performing automated scraping or overloading the system excessively.
• Uploading malware, viruses, or malicious code.

• The Free plan is available at no cost but with feature and quota limitations.
• Paid plans (Pro & Team) are billed monthly or annually via Midtrans.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' prior notice.
• A 30-day money-back guarantee applies to your first paid plan purchase: request it via our Contact page within 30 days of payment. The refunded amount is what you paid less an administrative deduction of 5% or Rp25,000, whichever is greater. That deduction covers the payment-gateway fee charged when you paid and the bank-transfer fee charged when we send the money back, both of which have already been paid to third parties and cannot be recovered by us.
• Outside that guarantee, we do not refund a subscription period that has already started, except where the service fails or is defective, or in other cases required by regulation.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, the account enters a grace period of 7 days before being downgraded to the Free plan.

• You retain full ownership of all User Content you input into the Service.
• You grant us a limited license to process User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of User Content.
• We do not monitor or verify the contents of User Content unless required by law.

The AI features within the Service use third-party machine learning models (Google and/or Anthropic, accessed through the Vercel AI Gateway). You acknowledge that:

• AI output is probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.
• You are responsible for verifying data before making important business decisions.
• The AI service is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
• We do not guarantee that the AI will produce the same output for the same input.

We strive to maintain Service availability of 99.5% per month, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be free from disruptions, errors, or downtime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms & Conditions.
• Payment is overdue for more than 30 days after the grace period.
• Your use of the Service endangers other users or our infrastructure.
• Ordered to do so by a lawful authority.

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings menu. Data deletion follows our Privacy Policy.

All intellectual property rights in the Service (including the code, design, logo, and DagangkuAI trademarks) belong to us or our licensors. You do not acquire any rights to these other than a limited right of use during your subscription.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DagangkuAI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

These Terms do not reduce your rights under the Indonesian Consumer Protection Law or any other applicable regulation. Where a provision here conflicts with such a regulation, the regulation prevails.

You agree to release and indemnify DagangkuAI from any claims, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a breach of these Terms & Conditions or any unlawful use of the Service.

This provision does not transfer to you any liability that applicable regulation places on us as the business operator.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute that arises will be resolved by deliberation (musyawarah); if no resolution is reached, it will be settled through the Denpasar District Court (Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar).

We may change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
